Up to one hour of waiting is included for airport collections. After the first hour, additional waiting is charged at £10 per 15 minutes.
Flight changes
Genuine flight delays are not treated as cancellations. Supply your flight number and contact us about changes to your plans.
Passengers and luggage
The E-Class Saloon and Estate seat up to four passengers. The V-Class seats up to six. Luggage capacities vary by vehicle and suitcase size.
Family travel
Bring your own approved child seat. We do not provide child seats, but secure storage with the driver for a return journey can be arranged in advance.

Before you set off
Can I book a return transfer from Stansted?
Yes. Include both journeys, flight details and passenger and luggage information when requesting your quote. Each journey is subject to availability and personal confirmation.
Is my request an immediate booking?
No. We review every request personally. Your booking is confirmed only once we have accepted the journey and agreed the price and details.
How do cancellations work?
Cancellation is free with at least 12 hours’ notice. Less than 12 hours’ notice incurs 50% of the agreed fare. A no-show incurs the full agreed fare. Genuine flight delays are not treated as cancellations.
